Found this company via FB and like anyone I assume, I had some reservations. However, this company did any excellent job. I needed extra attic insulation added to my home. The living room was noticeably warmer than the rest of house. This company did exactly as they said they were going to do; and at a fair price.
The team that serviced my home were on time, polite and professional. I'm a veteran, I appreciate services that keep the promises. Westley, was informative and squared away. I don't remember his partners name, but he was squared away as well.

Great company to work with. From the start very responsive, fair price. Scheduled my job kept me informed ahead job, texted when they were on the way. Westley & Taylor did a great job on the blown-in insulation for two of my units. They cleaned up all the debris after the job. We contacted TLS for a quote to blow additional insulation in our home. They gave us a very competitive quote, communicated very well regarding scheduling, confirming the appointment, and called us to tell us they were on there way. The team showed up on time, were very professional and polite, explained the process, cleaned up after themselves, and thanked us for the business! We needed to have our attic inspected to determine if insulation was the cause of high electric bills and our home not feeling as cool as it should. The owner came out and quickly determined our attic insulation was insufficient. He gave us a very reasonable quote and had our appointment scheduled quickly. I would highly recommend TLS insulation to anyone looking to upgrade their home. I had a horrible cooling issue for the past four years, come to find out I barely had any insulation at all. Great price and service. Their team was easy to communicate with. Email, phone and texts.  Confirmation email sent of scheduled work. On day of install they were transparent about a previous job running long and kept me updated on a revised time, still making it the same day as scheduled.  Checking the work, I realized some areas were missed (required accessing attic from a second area) and they came out the next day to take care of it, no hassle or issue at all.  Installers were courteous and quick.
